Synergistiq Wellness

Clearwater

These pics are after my shower and after I get dressed, over a span of 5 minutes.

My mission is to post on everything wellness, as an integrative MD… health (mental & physical), beauty, fitness.

My approach to living is to be well-balanced, harmonizing and synergizing all aspects.
There are days I post on my workout routine, days I post recipes, days I post on aesthetics, and other days I post on cannabis or gut health or IVs or PEMF or infrared sauna or weight loss.
These are all services I offer in my practice and I love practicing what I preach.
People often ask me what my beauty routine is.

Honestly, I don’t have one, and I never did.
I take care of myself from the inside so I can minimally focus on the outside.
It takes me a total of 5 minutes to get ready in the morning after my workout and shower, esp as a mother of 3 boys. I quickly comb my hair, apply facial moisturizer, a little lipstick, a touch of eyeshadow to brighten my eyes on certain days, and some eyeliner above my lashes.
I have never used foundation, and my rosacea makes me insecure at times.
I never had lash extensions, or use mascara. I don’t tweeze my eyebrows, but I do use castor oil on my brows and lashes, and even hair roots.
I don’t dye my hair (yet), and wash it every 7-10 days with apple cider vinegar and organic shampoo.
I feel that if one has a minimalistic and more natural approach to beauty, without overdoing it, one can maintain youthfulness and gracefully age.
That’s my secret. It may not work for everyone, but I like to share what works for me because people always ask me the things I do in my life.
I say, keep it simple.
