I carry the kettlebell like it’s my purse.
If someone were to ask me how I have the time to workout, I would say I don’t have it, I make it.
There are not enough hours in the day as an independent working mother/physician raising three boys on her own and running a medical practice…
But my four pillars of lifestyle are clean diet, exercise, proper sleep, and stress reduction/meditation.
If I can do it, anyone can.
No one ever said it was easy,
but it’s damn worth it.
