When I tell my patients to drink “clean” liquor, what I mean is to flow with the clean diet they are attempting to integrate into their life.
One can still make smart choices if they choose to consume alcohol.
For example, cutting out extra sugars or simple syrup or dairy in their drinks are steps in the right direction.
Drinking organic wines or vodka is a better choice also.
We can live life and enjoy life, but while doing so in a more “aware” manner.
