When you have a sweet tooth and want guiltless pleasure…you get creative.
This took me literally 7 minutes to make, gathering and combining the ingredients.
1 cup chickpeas (washed and dried, without the skin)
- 1/3 cup natural peanut butter (you can sub with almond butter, or throw in some coconut butter)
- 2 tbsp agave of organic honey
- 1 1/2 tspn pure vanilla extract
Combine all these ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
Stir in chocolate chips… amount depends on personal preference.
I use Enjoy Life brand of chocolate chips which are dairy-free, gluten-free, soy-free.
You can add some So Delicious CocoWhip for creamy component.
Devour and enjoy.
Bonus… loads of protein with the chickpeas.
