My breakfast after a killer workoutI like a nutritious start to my day because in the morning, I run on empty.
For my cells to feel revived and produce energy, I like to have an awesome breakfast, then practice intermittent fasting during the day.
It works out as I get extremely busy seeing patients anyway.
I stay well hydrated though.
I always have a plant based smoothie, made with a banana, spinach, chia & hemp seeds, non-dairy milk, and moringa plant protein powder (and yes, i drink straight from the magic bullet ).
I was still hungry, so I took a slice of Dave’s Killer Bread and spread Kite Hill non-dairy artisanal cream cheese and a smashed up avocado with a li’l sriracha sauce.
I then ended with an amazing non-dairy yogurt by So Delicious.
