So, I have a legit addiction to Daiya cheesecakes.
When I say it’s an addiction, I am not kidding.
I mean…when you eat lean, clean and green all the time, you want to still maintain that when it comes to the dessert realm.
And boy, Daiya cheesecakes hit the sweet spot.
I gave up white sugar and high fructose corn syrup years ago, and no regrets.
But you got to get creative.
Sometimes I want to grab a quick fix rather than making something from scratch.
Daiya nails it by being gluten-free,
dairy-free, soy-free.
That being said, when I am in the mood to be creative, I go all out.
