Ice-cream…literally whipped this up on a whim in 5 minutes after getting home from work this evening.
I used a ripe avocado, about 1/2 cup non-dairy yogurt kefir, a handful of chocolate chips, a pinch of turmeric, a tbsp of beet powder, raw honey to taste (depends on your desired sweetness level), a teaspoon of chia and hemp seeds.
I threw it all in my BlendTec blender and hit the ice-cream/fro-yo setting and voila, within 45 seconds, got an awesome healthy power dessert.
You can throw it in the freezer to chill. You can also literally add anything else in there like berries or whipped cream. Spontaneity and creativity can go a long way.
