Just Do It!When all my early life I looked like a tomboy and grew up being labeled as “skinny,” that only empowered me to find the balance between being lean and having feminine curves. When you’re lean and “skinny,” you learn to accentuate certain things. I am all about being natural, and for me, the glutes were my challenge. So, after months of endless squats and glute exercises, I note my gains and my progress. Eating clean, exercising, sleeping well and meditating are my four pillars of lifestyle…they never fail me.
