Hey Dr. Verma! Just wanted to update you on how things have been since my appointment with you last Monday. I started my supplements right away Monday night. I've taken them religiously and haven't missed any all week. I also started the baking soda/lemon water drink as well as the turmeric/honey solution in the morning. So far, I haven't noticed much difference in my joints per se, but I have been noticing improvements in other aspects of my life, such as my sleep and my bowel movements. My diet has also been 90% vegan since last Monday. I did have two meals with meat, one with fresh caught fish (my dad’s favorite hobby is fishing) and one with corned beef (I blame St Patty’s day). But other than that, nothing but fruits veggies and grains. Today I'm starting the paleo cleanse I purchased. It's also the start of my 100% vegan diet. I've been watching so many videos and documentaries about nutrition and health and I am very excited to get into gear and hopefully start seeing improvements in my joint pain soon. Even if I am not YET seeing improvement in my joints, I finally feel like I am on the right track to healing!
