Morning "Hulk" smoothies- 1/2 organic avocado, 1/4 cucumber, 2 strawberries, 1 large chunk of ginger, 2 cups of spinach, 1 cup coconut water & 2 tbl collagen.
Cleaned up the diet to 80 plant/20 animal protein. Only organics! No processed food or cheese, rice and corn.
Never any sugar, soda, coffee, soy, yeast, gluten, HF corn syrup or artificial sweeteners.
With making these changes since we spoke, I am already feeling better. I am looking forward to feel Fantastic!!!!
