Every few days, I make a fresh batch of this “super juice”.
One boiled beet, a handful of spinach, a handful of baby carrots, a handful of frozen blueberries/blackberries/raspberries, a chunk of fresh ginger root, and some water.
I juice it up in my Blend-Tec blender.
I consume about 4-6 oz daily before or after my workout.
And I like to put in my carafe, just because.
