Sometimes creativity creeps up on you when you least expect it.
I went to my kitchen, in search of something to eat, but had nothing that interested me.
On top of that, I was due for a grocery run, so my fridge was about empty.
I threw SIX ingredients together to create the “verminator energy balls.” And I made this in 5 minutes, with no prep.
I used about a tablespoon to two of organic peanut butter, then added a tablespoon of maple butter.
After that, I added a small scoop each of organic oats, flax powder, chia seeds, hemp seeds.
Combined it all with the best utensil ever, my hands.
Formed balls, whatever size you want, and voila.
It made about 8-10, but I ate 3 because it was so yum.
Store these goodies in the fridge.
I am very free-flowing in the kitchen.
I never measure, I don’t follow recipes, I just do my own thing, like how I live life, so I apologize for not being more accurate or precise.
You can substitute almond butter instead of pb, honey instead of maple butter.
You can make it nut-free if need be.
This is naturally gluten-free and dairy-free.
You can add coconut flakes, mini choco chips.
Go crazy. Get creative.
Add raisins or dried fruit.
My motto is that creativity is a wild mind with a disciplined eye, and creativity is the way I share my soul with the world.
