Whats My SecretThese side by side pics are a legit 8 years apart. Several patients always ask me what’s my secret to aging gracefully. Besides the obvious such as clean eating and exercise, etc, I realized, the less one does to themself, the more of a positive effect it can be. I mean, less is more. As you can tell, I don’t really change up my hair or lipstick or eyeliner. LOL. Maybe that’s my secret. Keep it static. Don’t be too dynamic about your looks. Keep it simple. Simplicity can go a long way. As an integrative/functional MD, I hope my message of youthfulness and health can reach far and wide. Always remember the 4 pillars of lifestyle, it’s like my mantra… clean diet, exercise, adequate sleep and stress reduction.
